Practice Information
Myhealth Medical Centre at Chatswood Westfield opened its doors in May 2014. As part of Westfield Chatswood, there is ample parking within the shopping centre and easy access via trains and buses.
Chatswood Westfield Myhealth Medical Centre is located on Level 3 (Anderson street level) in Westfield, directly below Priceline and the food court. The most direct entry is via Anderson St between the two Westfield complexes and follow the path to the right of Nando’s for 20 meters.
It is a mix billing general practice and currently provides GP services including childhood immunisations, travel vaccination, men/women health checks, minor surgery and pathology services. There are also allied health services offered such as Dietician and Psychology counselling.
Chatswood Westfield Myhealth Medical Centre is committed to providing comprehensive quality medical care to everyone. All of the independent doctors here are vocationally registered and part of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
As part of Westfield Chatswood, there is ample parking within the shopping centre and easy access via trains and buses.
Communication Policy
If you desire phone contact with your doctor, please contact reception and the staff will try to facilitate this. Note that it is principally encouraged for patients to return to see their doctor for a clinical review as this allows a more comprehensive assessment.
Telehealth/ Telephone appointments policy
In order for you to have a consultation with one of the doctors via telehealth/ telephone, the following criteria must be met:
• The patient must have been seen in a face-to-face consultation by one of the doctors at Myhealth Medical Centre Chatswood Westfield within the last 12 months
• The prescribing doctor has FULL DISCRETION and may refuse to issue a script with no reason or explanation necessary
A private consultation fee will apply to the telehealth/telephone consult if you don’t have valid concession card or above 16yo.
You will be requested to make payment before your consultation via telephone. Failure to make payment when requested to do so will prevent you from booking subsequent appointments until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Walk in policy
Myhealth Chatswood Westfield accept walk in patients throughout the day, however you are not guaranteed an exact wait time. When you arrive, the receptionist will give you an estimate of your wait time. The doctors may stop accepting walk in patients when they are at capacity, which can vary day to day.
